The name "Wakaura" is from "Akaura" ,which is named to express the beautiful view of the sea. The name is written in the Japanese old book caled Shokunihonki.
I live in Sekido in Wakayama City and it is near from Saikazaki and Wakaura. I can see Kataonami which is one of the famous sea in Wakayama City. I also have many slops around my house.
